Still Comprises
of a horizontal borosilicate glass boiler fitted with a 3 Kw
chromium plated immersion heater with cut off, double coil high
efficency condenser ensure a reliable output of single distillate.
The still is fitted on a sheet metal epoxy coated stand, suitable
for bench or wall mounting. For use on 220/240 V. 50/60 Hz single
phase supply. As per picture.
Distillate
Output: 4 Liters/ hr. Approx, Ph : 5 to 6.5 Pyrogen
free.

Note:
ph, conductivity and sensitivity are affected by temperature and
the presence of absorbed carbon dioxide. The basis of tests are at
20º C on distilled water free of carbon dioxide. Care is needed
to obtain Pyrogen free water and the distillate must be tested
before use. Pretreated input water (use of softner) is recommended
for obtaining better results and to increase the still life

Water
Stills are
carefully designed to produce high purity pyrogen free
distilled water. The water still of borosilicate glass comprises
of horizontal type boiler, condenser, constant level device,
silica sheathed heaters, along with stand and clamps. All parts
are replaceable.

Note :
Automatic Cut off
offered above have been newly designed . A sensitive thermal sensor
has been provided, so no outside electrodes are needed. it is more
sturdy and reliable as compared to the conventional type.
