glide portion :10mm long x 2.6mm wide, tapered to 1.75mm
IOL glide portion : 20mm long x 5mm wide, 2.5mm radius
Phaco glide portion protects iris from prolapse or trauma during
phacoemulsification and acts as a guide for insertion of instruments.
IOL glide portion assists in the implantation of posterior chamber
IOLs and in extracting the nucleus during the Bluementhal technique.
